COMPUTER ANALYSIS AND TEST

We work with a very modern fault & test diagnostic software for trucks. This software works quickly, reliably and enables precise fault diagnosis as well as the readout of many electronic truck onboard systems. In addition to the diagnosis of engine injection systems, many convenience systems can also be diagnosed and worked on. The software is currently one of the best diagnostic solutions for commercial vehicles.

BREAK TESTER

A break tester is a technical device which is used primarily to test the brake system of motor vehicles. The roller brake tester provides information on the brake force and the shock absorber difference. For vehicles that are to be registered in the EU countries, there are certain requirements regarding the maximum actuating forces on the pedal. In order for the vehicle to comply with the applicable technical directives, the difference in braking performance shall be limited to a specific deviation from the maximum value. The braking forces are measured on the running surfaces of the wheels. As soon as the breaks are applied to the wheels, a braking torque is generated which is opposite to the direction of the rotation of the rollers. As the pedal force increases, until the wheels lock, the braking force curve provides information about possible faults in the braking system.

SPEEDOMETER TACHOGRAPH

A speedometer is a measuring device used to determine the speed of a vehicle. The new digital tachograph stores all important information available in the vehicle. This includes vehicle identification, driver identification, driver activities and vehicle speed. The data is recorded digitally and no longer electro-mechanically, as with previous tachographs. It is recorded in the vehicle's tachograph and on the driver's chip card.
Our service is the calibration and checking of your tachometer or tachograph. We are happy to download and store data from the digital tachograph and driver card for you. It is required by law that data must be downloaded from your digital tachograph and driver card.

If we download the data for you, it reduces the downtime of your vehicle. While the data is being downloaded in the service workshop, maintenance work can be carried out at the same time. All data is then stored centrally in a secure location.

You can view the data stored by the digital tachograph and driver card online. You can download the data from the online portal to your own PC. And all without having to invest in additional technical equipment.
